Dear SPCG Member,

Please be advised that the SPCG Annual General Meeting will be held on 30th September 2023 , commencing at 10.30 am at the Community Centre, Sandy Point. The purpose will be to elect Office Bearers for the following term until the next 2024 AGM and provide reports from office bearers and Committee.

Please note that we have reverted to a September meeting due to the requirement from our governing body (Community Affairs Victoria) that the AGM must be held within 5 months after the end of the financial year. The past few years, due to Covid restrictions, we were allowed to hold our AGM in January which resulted in greater attendance and participation but however does require an application for extension and incurs further costs. We are planning to hold an information session in January 2024 (dateTBA) to provide you updates on our projects and encourage your feedback/suggestions & ideas.
